The winners of the 15th annual Michelmores Property Awards have been revealed, celebrating outstanding property and construction projects in Devon, Somerset, Bristol, Dorset and Cornwall, across ten categories.
One Research Way, a project submitted by HLM Architects and BAM Construct UK, forms phase five of the Plymouth Science Park. The building offers eleven business units which range in size from 870 to 2,680 sq. ft. and incorporate a flexible, innovative design to accommodate businesses of up to 80 people on each of its three floors. 30% of the space on each floor consists of contemporary break-out space and ‘pod’ style meeting areas.
The winners were announced at an Awards Dinner on Thursday 15 June at the University of Exeter, hosted by comedian and actor Marcus Brigstocke.
