The Michelmores Property Development Club (PDC) is a forum for developers, property professionals and advisors within the local market to connect, share knowledge and expand their networks across a series of events each year. PDC is celebrating its 23rd anniversary in 2026.
Our next PDC lunch event is on Thursday 14 May 2026 at Sandy Park Conference Centre.
Karen Williams, Partner in our Banking & Finance team, will host a fireside discussion with guest speakers from Exeter Finance and Pluto Finance, who will share their insights on navigating the current challenging market conditions and what makes projects investible from a lender perspective.
