The Michelmores Property Development Club (PDC) is a forum for developers, property professionals and advisors within the local market to connect, share knowledge and expand their networks across a series of events each year. PDC is celebrating its 23rd anniversary in 2026.

To remind you, your membership allows you to two places at each event – you can either bring two people from your organisation or, one host and one guest from an external organisation.
