Working with the Environment Bank in rolling out the UK-wide scheme of land acquisitions of suitable agricultural land for the creation and maintenance of habitat credits.
Supporting a subsidiary of Downing LLP (a leading City based investment management group) in its acquisition of the entire shareholding of the Pub People Group with view to supporting the businesses growth. This included conducting real estate due diligence on the portfolio of freehold and leasehold pubs, and the freehold head office.
