David is a Partner, and Head of the Food & Drink team.
His practice encompasses a wide range of commercial work, often with a cross-border element, with a particular focus on intellectual property. He acts for a broad spectrum of clients, including household names.
David has vast experience advising on supply chain arrangements, drafting and negotiating distributorship agreements, agency agreements and manufacturing licenses.
David holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law from Nottingham Law School.

- Advising TOMY, an international toy company, on its expansion into Eastern Europe, including negotiation of multiple relationships with local partners.
- Advising the Gro Company, a leading infant product company on its international distributorship relationships, including establishment of new US and Australian arrangements.
