Michelmores is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew White as a Partner in the Firm’s Transactional Real Estate team. Matthew joins from Birketts, bringing with him a wealth of experience in all aspects of commercial property law, with a particular focus on high-value commercial leases.
With a proven track record of working with significant commercial occupiers, often overseas companies, and major players in the Lloyd’s of London insurance market, Matthew’s expertise spans complex real estate transactions in the heart of London’s City. Notably, he has been instrumental in relocating the headquarters of law firms and insurance companies into some of London’s most prominent buildings, including recent projects at 8 Bishopsgate, 125 Old Broad Street, and the Gherkin.
