Tre, Pol & Pen wins Project of the Year (under £5m) at the 2019 Michelmores Property Awards

The winners of the 17th annual Property Awards have been revealed. Each year, the Awards celebrate and showcase some of the best new projects across the South West and this year was no exception.

Congratulations to Tre, Pol & Pen – winner of the category Project of the Year (under £5m).

The farm shop, based in Launceston, Cornwall, offers visitors a café, which has an open plan retail area for shopping and refreshment, which offers produce from the Landue Farm estate and local area, creating a highly sustainable and eco-friendly project.

The winners were announced at the Awards Dinner on Thursday 13 June at Sandy Park, hosted by comedian, actor and writer Sally Phillips.
