I recently joined the family team as a Solicitor. I am qualified in England and Wales and Hong Kong having trained at a London law firm before moving to Hong Kong to work for an international law firm.
I have worked on many multi-jurisdictional high value litigations often involving complex and novel issues of law. I have experience in court, arbitration and mediation in both England and Hong Kong working for clients in Asia, the Middle East and Europe. I also have experience obtaining world-wide freezing injunctions and seizing assets to obtain security for the client’s claims. I have a particular interest in financial remedy and Schedule 1 Children Act cases with an international element.
Outside of work I enjoy traveling and going to the gym.
