I’m a Partner in Michelmores’ Transactional Real Estate team, having joined from Birketts’ London office. I have spent the bulk of my career in the City having qualified in 1995.
I have extensive experience in all aspects of commercial property work, with a particular focus on high value commercial leases, generally but not exclusively in the City. Within that area I focus especially on representing commercial occupiers, often overseas companies and often significant players in the Lloyd’s of London Insurance market. Over the last four years I have moved HQs both law firms and insurance companies into four of the major “towers” in the City.
