Michelmores has strengthened its Real Estate team with the appointment of Stephen McColgan who joins as a Partner based in the Firm’s Bristol office.
Joining from Davies and Partners’ where he was Head of Land, Stephen was responsible for overseeing strategic land and property deals acting on behalf of a number of FTSE100 PLC clients.
He has acted for a number of the top ten house builders and specialises in dealing with complex strategic land assembly, and the property issues within consortiums and joint venture projects. He also acts for private developers and property investors.
Before joining Davies and Partners’ in 2004, Stephen trained and was made Partner at Clarke Willmott.
