Michelmores advises Kew Green Hotels on the sale of its Holiday Inn Leeds Bradford

Michelmores has advised Kew Green Hotels on the sale of its Holiday Inn Leeds Bradford to the Indian hotel group Bir Hotels.

This is the second disposal from the Holiday Inn portfolio that Michelmores has worked on with Kew Green Hotels. Earlier this year the Firm advised Kew Green Hotels on the sale of its Holiday Inn Coventry South to B&G Park Company Limited.

Kew Green Hotels is one of the UK’s leading hotel owners and management companies, with over 50 hotels and part of the HK CTS group, which is China's largest travel corporation.

Samantha Billingham, Corporate Partner, commented:

"This is an exciting time for Kew Green Hotels as they look to consolidate their Hotel portfolio in the UK. Our cross-departmental approach and expertise in international transactions meant that we were able to plan for all eventualities and ensure the sale went smoothly."

Nick O'Keeffe, Director of Business Development at Kew Green Hotels commented:

"We have enjoyed working with the Michelmores team on another disposal."

Megan Wright, Corporate Solicitor also worked on the deal.

Christie & Co acted as agents for Kew Green Hotels.
