Great Court Farm wins Residential Project of the Year (36 Units and Over) at the 2019 Michelmores Property Awards

The winners of the 17th annual Property Awards have been revealed. Each year, the Awards celebrate and showcase some of the best new projects across the South West and this year was no exception.

Congratulations to Great Court Farm – winner of the category Residential Project of the Year ( 36 Units and Over).

Great Court Farm was formerly a working dairy farm, but Baker Estates has transformed the project into a collection of luxury homes including coach houses, bungalows, new barns and houses, built with a mix of modern and natural materials, with landscaping enhancing its surrounding environment.

The winners were announced at the Awards Dinner on Thursday 13 June at Sandy Park, hosted by comedian, actor and writer Sally Phillips.
