The winners of the 17th annual Property Awards have been revealed. Each year, the Awards celebrate and showcase some of the best new projects across the South West and this year was no exception.

Congratulations to Chester Long Court – winner of the category Residential Project of the Year (35 Units and Under).

This project led by Exeter City has been built in a Passivhaus standard, which offers low energy requirements for tenants. The Chester Long Court project has created 26 homes consisting of one bedroom and two bedroom apartments, with the aim of encouraging Council tenants to ‘right-size’.

The winners were announced at the Awards Dinner on Thursday 13 June at Sandy Park, hosted by comedian, actor and writer Sally Phillips.
