The Michelmores Property Development Club (PDC) is a forum for developers, property professionals and advisors within the local market to connect, share knowledge and expand their networks across a series of events each year. PDC is celebrating its 23rd anniversary in 2026.
The PDC is aimed at professionals across the property industry who engage in both residential and commercial development. All membership requests are reviewed to maintain a good balance of companies.
Members are entitled to two places at each event at which they can either bring two people from their own organisation or, one host and one guest from an outside organisation.
The 2026 annual subscription is £380 + VAT.
