Michelmores has advised Kew Green Hotels on the sale of its Holiday Inn Leeds Bradford to the Indian hotel group Bir Hotels.
This is the second disposal from the Holiday Inn portfolio that Michelmores has worked on with Kew Green Hotels. Earlier this year the Firm advised Kew Green Hotels on the sale of its Holiday Inn Coventry South to B&G Park Company Limited.
Kew Green Hotels is one of the UK’s leading hotel owners and management companies, with over 50 hotels and part of the HK CTS group, which is China’s largest travel corporation.
