Our Placement Year Programme offers the opportunity to experience life in a leading law firm, develop valuable legal and professional skills and gain hands-on experience supporting real client work.
Over 9 to 12 months, you'll become a valued member of one of our teams, building responsibility and confidence as your role develops from administrative support to more paralegal-style work. Alongside day-to-day learning, you'll benefit from tailored development sessions, networking opportunities and the chance to get involved in our ESG initiatives.
Based in either our Bristol or Exeter office, you'll spend your placement within a single team, allowing you to develop deeper legal knowledge, stronger relationships and a genuine understanding of your chosen practice area. You'll be supported throughout by experienced lawyers and a trainee buddy.
