Our Finance team are pivotal in the Firm’s financial success. In addition to managing the finances of the business, they also deal with our client’s financial transactions. Using the latest software, the team work closely with lawyers, partners and colleagues across BST to ensure the smooth running of the Firm’s finances and help inform financial decision making.
Our qualified and trainee Management Accountants focus on providing financial reporting and modelling for the Firm, including reporting on the legal team performance and client fees along with preparing our partnership and regulatory accounts. They also deal with relevant tax filings, payroll and pensions.
Our Cashiers and Purchase Ledgers manage payments on behalf of the business, as well as on behalf of our clients. They are in regular communication with colleagues across the Firm, liaising over invoices, client transactions and payments.
All the roles in Finance involve working collaboratively with team members and building strong relationships with Partners and colleagues.
Our credit control function sits in the individual legal departments but works closely with the Finance team to ensure a streamlined service to our clients.
