Julie Sharpe joins Michelmores' Transactional Real Estate team

Michelmores has welcomed Partner, Julie Sharpe as it continues to strengthen its growing Transactional Real Estate team.

Julie is a highly regarded lawyer whose work has a particular focus on complex residential development and the strategic land sector. She has expertise in acting on land transactions and experience of working for both private landowners and developers.

Julie was previously a Senior Associate at Charles Russell Speechlys where she was instrumental in developing a respected Real Estate Strategic Land practice. She trained at Mills & Reeve, qualifying in 2007 before moving to Eversheds. She joins colleagues and Partners, Chris Massey and Helen Hutton who both joined Michelmores’ Private Wealth team from Charles Russell Speechlys in 2021 and 2022 respectively.

Of the new role, Julie said:
