Congratulations to Home @ Heartlands, in Pool, Cornwall, winner of the Residential Project of the Year 41 Units & Over category at the Michelmores Property Awards 2015.
Linden Homes has worked with the Homes and Communities Agency to develop Home @ Heartlands. The sensitively designed properties are built to Code for Sustainable Homes level 4 – meaning the homes are energy efficient and eco-friendly. Green features include increased levels of insulation, triple glazed windows, a high efficiency boiler with pre-heated water supply, photovoltaic panels, plus smart metering and energy display devices.
