Congratulations to Holland Park in Exeter winner of the Residential Project of the Year 40 Units & Under (But more than 6) at the Michelmores Property Awards 2015.
Holland Park is Exeter’s very first development of Zero Carbon Homes, and aims to help buyers to future proof the cost of living. Both inside and out, the homes offer high-quality, luxury living. Each home within the Holland Park development offers its own design feature, and no two houses are the same. Each property features solar panels, underfloor heating and triple-glazed windows.

Residential Project of the Year 40 Units & Under (But more than 6)[MUSIC PLAYING] The standard of entries this year in the category 40 Residential Units and Under is exceptionally high, making it difficult for the judges to decide on an overall winner. However, based on the meticulous attention to detail, high quality of design, and the fact that this is a portfolio of properties unique at the moment and not available anywhere else in Exeter, together with the provision of two units of accommodations specifically designed for students with visual impairments from the nearby West of England School, helped us to come to the decision that this award should be given to Heritage Developments. So we’re very pleased to make this award, and congratulations to the whole of the team and to Heritage Developments.
