Congratulations to The Science Park Centre – Exeter, winner of Project of the Year – £2-7million.

The Science Park Centre is a striking 30,000 sqft building, in a highly visible position at the heart of the emerging Exeter Science Park. A catalyst building for the park, it has a contemporary exterior, high quality internal finish, flexible accommodation and the advanced technical infrastructure essential to science and technology based start-ups. The design and spirit of the building aims to bring people together, giving them the opportunity to meet, collaborate and innovate in beautifully designed surroundings.
