The winners of the 17th annual Property Awards have been revealed. Each year, the Awards celebrate and showcase some of the best new projects across the South West and this year was no exception.
Congratulations to Kingswood Prep – winner of the category Education Project of the Year.
The Bath based project underwent a £5.1 million development, constructed by The Midas group to create a two storey preparatory school, with a main hall, a single-storey nursery, and a single storey reception classroom.
The winners were announced at the Awards Dinner on Thursday 13 June at Sandy Park, hosted by comedian, actor and writer Sally Phillips.
