Overview
I am an Associate (FCILEX) in the Michelmores Transactional Real Estate team specialising in Asset Management and Property Portfolio transactions.
I am a leading lawyer in the Michelmores Asset Management Team specializing in helping clients with Landlord and Tenant Commercial transactions and all legal aspects of acquiring and managing property portfolios for a range clients in the private and public sectors. My recent experience includes managing the retail portfolio of Cancer Research UK, which includes acquisitions of large retail units and the lease renewals of the smaller high street units. This experience has allowed me to enhance my knowledge of the commercial market and understand the needs of both Landlord and Tenant within this sector. As part of the Asset Management Team, I am tasked with achieving a high level of efficiency, completing transactions within tight timescales and adding value through being highly organised thorough and innovative in the commercial solutions and cost savings that we can provide.
I also work on a range of commercial property transactions from site acquisition for well-established developers to disposals of constructed units, leases, option agreements, promotion agreements, sale and leaseback transactions, unregistered conveyancing, development infrastructure, housing utilities and many more areas of property transactions.
