Victoria Miller has been outstanding. She goes the extra mile to give our company the best outcomes and to give us the best chances of success in the non-profit sector. Victoria clearly works very hard, is always kind, and gives her clients her time generously.
Victoria Miller is a superstar lawyer whom I can trust to perfectly execute a corporate fundraise within a tight time frame while not compromising on any commercial negotiation points.
Overview
I am a Senior Associate in Michelmores’ Corporate team.
I have over 10 years’ experience as a lawyer in London, including an in-house role as sole corporate Legal Counsel at an international NGO, and acting on numerous AIM IPOs and large acquisitions.
I have extensive experience advising a wide range of clients including individuals, partners, charities and small companies to large international groups. My clients appreciate my pragmatic approach, and responsive, commercial support.
As well as acting for clients on all corporate matters, including MBOs, acquisitions and governance advice, I have a particular interest in advising charities, and I am a trustee of UNESCO City of Literature. This is a charity that is particularly established to champion stories and storytellers, both locally and globally, working with community and with the network of UNESCO Cities of Literature around the world.
I also have expertise in natural capital work, including recent experience acting for clients considering Landscape Recovery Schemes and other natural capital work.
I am the chair of the firm’s Charity Partnership Group, Pro Bono Committee and Sustainable Economy Working Groups.
Outside of work, I have enjoyed returning to Devon and, as a keen scuba diver, exploring the local marine life. I have also had two children’s books published.
