Solicitor – Admitted 2003
Overview
I’m a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team based in Exeter and have over 20 years’ experience acting on a broad range of commercial property work, including acquisitions, disposals, asset management (landlord and tenant), energy and secured lending.
Over my career, I have had the opportunity to develop expertise in more specialist areas such as airports, telecoms, education, mineral extraction and personal pension funds (SIPP and SSAS).
Having been involved with renewable energy projects since activity in the sector took off in the early 2010s, I possess considerable experience across a range of energy asset types (such as solar, wind, battery storage, gas-peaker and hydrogen).
Outside of work, I have a keen interest in aviation and have been Chair of the Devon & Somerset Microlight Club.
