Overview
I am a Partner in the Michelmores Residential Property team, based in Cambridge but acting on transactions across the country to meet my clients’ needs.
After some experience in Commercial Real Estate, I have specialised in residential work for at least thirty years, and have run successful teams in both of my last two firms. In that time I have acquired a large and loyal client base, who value the experience I have built up by focussing on this sector and all aspects of residential transactions – which can be many.
Whilst the foundation of the service I provide is based on sound technical knowledge, it is the use of that knowledge in a pragmatic manner which most often makes the difference for my clients. Always focussing on the end goal and how best to reach it in an efficient and cost-effective manner is where I add the most value, and that is therefore always what I seek to achieve.
