Overview

I’m an Associate in Michelmores’ Transactional Real Estate team. I joined Michelmores in April 2025 from another City based law firm which I joined in March 2018 (6 months after qualification).

I specialise in all commercial real estate matters acting for both landlords and tenants and have a particular focus on corporate occupier transactions.

I have acted for many SME’s & larger companies (in finance, insurance, media, architecture, legal) as well as charities & not-for-profit organisations with their office moves and tend to deal predominantly with office premises based in Central London and the City. In addition to the corporate occupier work I do; I also assist the corporate team on deals which contain real estate elements. Despite my emphasis on Landlord and Tenant work, I also have experience in acting for buyers and sellers of commercial buildings including shops, pubs and churches as well as acting for industrial landlord’s dealing with their asset management.

Acted on the relocation of major US insurance company to its London Headquarters and exit from its current premises (transaction value £50,000,000 plus)

Acted on the lease renewal of a prominent financial planner in its City office

Acted for a global recruitment company in its office lease based in the City

Acted for a leading UK insurance brokers in the sale of its office building and lease of its Birmingham Headquarters
