Overview

I am a Partner in Michelmores’ Transactional Real Estate team. I have over 30 years’ experience acting for a broad range of clients investing in or occupying property whether offices, industrial, retail of specialist use classes.

I have particular sector focus’ on institutional investors and funds, retail and aviation acting on the full spectrum of sales and acquisitions, lettings whether in respect of individual properties or on a portfolio basis and asset management.

I am committed to providing clients with the full service whatever their commercial real estate requirements and acting as focal point for the client relationship.

Though based in our Cambridge office my clients are local, national and international with much of the transactional activity taking place in London as well as around the Country generally.

Recent experience

Acting on the sale of a Central London office building by a German fund for a sale price in excess of £30 million for future development by the Buyer

Acting on the lease re-gear for an international Sovereign client for the development and use of additional land for the landing and housing of helicopters

Acting on the purchase and development of additional airside land for the expansion by a Fixed Base Operator for a sum in excess of £50 million

Advising Kurt Geiger in relation to their real estate portfolio including lease re-gears, detailed turnover provisions and all asset management aspects

Acting for an institutional fund in respect of land for expansion of a regional retail park and conditional lettings to M&S, Costa and Starbucks
