Overview
I am an Associate in Michelmores’ Corporate team based in the Cambridge office, advising on all aspects of transactional corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and restructurings.
I have experience advising on corporate advisory and governance matters at all stages of the business life cycle, including incorporations, share buybacks and granting EMI options. My clients range from innovative tech start-ups to large real estate investment companies and I have advised on a number of transactions ranging from £1m – £20m.
Outside of work, I play ice hockey in the Women’s National Ice Hockey League (Division 2). I also enjoy hiking, surfing and running.
