Overview

I am a Senior Associate in Michelmores’ Corporate team.

I advise international and domestic clients on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, joint ventures and corporate group restructuring. I have a particular interest in the emerging markets and in impact investing.

I am a member of the Devon and Somerset Law Society Climate Change Sub-Committee, the Whittington Committee of The City of London Solicitors’ Company and the IBA Young Lawyers’ Committee.

Recent experience

Assisting with asset manager Gresham House’s £37.5 million investment in N Family Club (NFC), a nursery group operating in 24 locations across the South East and Midlands, via its second sustainability flagship fund – British Sustainable Infrastructure Fund II (BSIF II).

Assisting on the sale of a renewable energy developer and asset manager to a specialist clean energy investor.

Supporting on the Forestry England and Forestry and Land Scotland acquisition of Camping in The Forest from The Camping and Caravanning Club.

Assisting with a corporate restructure of a Westcountry visitor attraction

Advising a startup on a crowdfunding round on the Seedrs platform.
