Overview
I am a Legal Director in the firm’s Real Estate team based in Cambridge. I have over 12 years’ post-qualification experience advising on a broad range of commercial property matters, with particular expertise in property development, landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, and property finance.
I act for developers, investors and landowners on site acquisitions, disposals and the development of commercial and residential schemes. I have significant experience of conditional contracts, option agreements, promotion agreements and development finance, having acted on transactions across the Oxford-Cambridge Arc and the wider South East.
I also provide property support on corporate transactions, including a recent portfolio acquisition of 11 marinas valued at £125 million. A particular area of focus is the EV charging sector, where I advise national operators on the rollout of their UK charging networks, handling agreements for lease, site acquisitions and bespoke documentation for large-scale programmes. I also act for occupier tenants in Cambridge’s thriving life sciences and technology market, advising STEM businesses on their property needs as they grow and expand.
I am well connected in the Cambridge property market, maintaining strong relationships with local and national surveyors, agents and developers.
