Overview
I am a Managing Associate in the firm’s Cambridge office. I qualified in 2017 and joined Michelmores in 2026.
I have wide-ranging experience acting on sales and purchases, lease transactions and asset management. I regularly carry out due diligence exercises, producing reports on titles on large multi-property and multi-tenanted portfolio purchases.
My clients include landlords, tenants, and institutions particularly in the retail and industrial sectors. I regularly act for high-end retailers on their letting programmes.
I am a member of both the Law Society and the Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce.
Recent experience
Advising a well-known luxury shoe brand on their ongoing letting programme in the U.K as well as a high-end clothing company on opening their flagship U.K. store in Mayfair
Advising an insurance company with the purchase of various industrial sites subject to different land arrangements
Carrying out asset management lettings for clients on their office, retail and industrial portfolios
Acting on the sale of various industrial estates subject to occupational leases
Undertook a secondment at Historic England advising both Historic England and English Heritage on various land arrangements including acting for them in a tenant-capacity on leases and licences
