Hannah has been more than mindful and gone to great lengths to support me emotionally throughout my case. She has been prompt in her approach and has showed me empathy.

Overview

I am an Associate in Michelmores’ Disputed Wills & Estates team.

I specialise in advising charities, individuals and families on all aspects of contentious probate and disputed estates.

My work often involves advising on disputes under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975, Will validity disputes, funeral and burial disputes, and trust disputes. I have experience advising clients on high value, complex and cross-border disputes.

I also advise clients on all aspects of Mental Capacity, ranging from appointing deputies and attorneys, questions about day to day financial management, specific capacity and best interests queries, and disputes around a person who lacks capacity.

My priority to give my clients high quality, clear and pragmatic advice during what can often be a difficult and emotionally challenging time.

I am an affiliate member of STEP and a member of the STEP Bristol Branch Committee.

I qualified as a solicitor in 2022 and joined the Disputed Wills and Estates team at Michelmores in 2023.
