I’m a Senior Business Development Manager at Michelmores, where I lead a fantastic team of business development professionals. As a team, we work closely with our partners and practice groups to drive strategic growth, build strong client relationships, and deliver initiatives that support the firm’s brand and market ambitions – see our Destination 2030 strategy.
I’ve worked across a range of law firms in both the UK and the USA, holding roles in communications and business development. My sector experience includes real estate, energy, financial services, insurance, and others, giving me a broad perspective on how to tailor growth strategies to different markets and client needs.
I’m passionate about client development, relationship building, and creating long-term value. I thrive on a challenge and enjoy working with such a forward-thinking Firm.
It’s an exciting time for the legal industry, and I’m particularly interested in how emerging technologies can enhance the business development process.
Outside of work, I have a passion for collecting whisky and I’m a lifelong Norwich City supporter. Two interests that occasionally complement each other in unexpected ways!
