Overview

I am a Senior Associate Solicitor in Michelmores’ Residential Property Team, based in their Cambridge office.

I have more than 20 years’ experience in all aspects of residential real estate law and practice, including acting in residential sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity for private individuals, charitable clients, commercial clients, trusts, mortgage lenders and developers.

Regardless of the law or client whose interests’ I represent, my priority is to always provide a high quality, client focussed service. This means identifying my client’s’ goals and then doing my best to make the difference in achieving them.

Recent experience

Assisting with the purchase of a £2.5 million unregistered property which included extensive land and additional buildings.

Acting on the surrender and re-grant of a leasehold property, in order to amend the extent of the garden included with each flat in the building.
