Overview
I’m an Associate in the Corporate team based in our London office. I advise on a wide range of corporate matters for clients across the globe. However, my focus is on venture capital and M&A, acting for both scale-up companies and investors alike. Whilst my background is based in the life science and technology market, I am involved in working with clients across all sectors.
I studied at the University of Nottingham gaining a degree in Philosophy before going on to study for my Graduate Diploma in Law and Masters in Business Law at BPP University where I gained a distinction. I spent just under 3 years working for global fintech Finastra International before completing my training contact at Taylor Wessing LLP.
