I am a Paralegal in our Real Estate Department. Working for Transactional Real Estate in the New Homes team. I keep our clients and our purchaser’s solicitor regularly updated throughout the transaction, from reservation to completion.
I joined our Admin Team in 2021 which helped give me an understanding of our firms work. Developing my previous Conveyancing experience, I joined the New Homes Team a couple of months later and have thoroughly enjoyed my client facing role. Plot sales is a fast-paced environment and my team quickly helped prepare me for the daily handling of my role.
Acting on plots in the South West region; Chudleigh and Westward Ho! assisting a client company and becoming their first point of contact.
Supporting solicitors in the chain of the transaction to help ensure everyone is aligned with the progression of the plot.
Ensuring clients and solicitors are all working to the same deadlines.
Supporting our New Homes Team to help maintain our efficiency and standards in the busiest of periods.
