Overview
I am a Senior Paralegal within the Residential Property team. I joined Michelmores in December 2020 after working in conveyancing at a previous Law Firm from April 2018.
I handle a broad and varied caseload covering all aspects of residential conveyancing. My experience includes sales, transfers of equity, Help to Buy redemptions, first registrations, purchases and remortgages of both freehold and leasehold properties across England and Wales.
I have developed a particular specialism in retirement conveyancing and act as a key contact for clients buying or selling properties within retirement villages. This includes guiding clients through the unique aspects of retirement living transactions, such as event fees, management structures, and lease obligations, ensuring buyers have a clear understanding of both the commitments and benefits associated with these communities. I also act on related sales where clients are selling their current home in order to move into a retirement village.
I take great pride in supporting clients through what is often a significant and life changing move, and work to make their move as simple and stress free as possible.
I also regularly act on sales related to new build purchases from developers, working closely with clients to ensure transactions proceed smoothly and efficiently within a desired timescale.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with friends and family.
