Overview
I’m a Partner in Michelmores’ Projects team. I advise a broad range of clients in connection with infrastructure projects, commercial projects and major outsourcings in a variety of sectors, including health, education, electronic identification, defence and waste & resource management.
My practice has three key areas of focus:
- advising investors, lenders and service providers in relation to a broad range of new project finance and commercial projects;
- advising some of the UK’s leading investors, service providers and public sector bodies in relation to operational PPP and waste & resource management projects; and
- advising on infrastructure secondary markets transactions.
I enjoy building strong and lasting relationships with our clients and take great satisfaction from helping those clients to develop and maintain sustainable infrastructure facilities or technology solutions that deliver wider public benefits.
I am extremely proud to be a member of a dynamic and motivated team which has a national ranking from Chambers UK for ‘Infrastructure: PPP/PFI’ and was awarded Legal 500’s ‘Firm of the Year (Outside London) for Projects, Energy and Natural Resources’ in 2020.
At a personal level, I am also proud to be ranked in Band 2 for Infrastructure: PPP/PFI in independent legal guide Chambers UK and to be recognised as a ‘Leading Individual’ by Legal 500 for Energy, Project Finance and PFI.
I joined Michelmores in 2014, having previously worked in London, Manchester and New Zealand.
