I’m a Solicitor in Michelmores’ Agriculture team. I currently assist other members of the team on numerous matters and provide advice to clients directly on various agricultural issues.
My clients include a wide range of individuals, partnerships and businesses all operating within the agricultural sector throughout the UK.
My practice predominantly involves advising in relation to various contentious matters, including farming partnership disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, contractual claims, general property disputes, and judicial review claims.
I’m also passionate about environmental legislation and have assisted the team in providing advice to clients on the implications of the recently enacted Environment Act. I’m extremely excited to see how it’s set to impact the use of agricultural land over the coming years, and look forward to developing my practice in this area.
Throughout my training contract I also completed additional seats with the Family, Transactional Real Estate and Commercial Litigation teams, giving me a broad range of experience.
I’ve been with Michelmores since 2018, having worked as a Paralegal in our Commercial Litigation team prior to starting my training contract.
