Congratulations to Churston Court Farm – Churston Ferrers, Devon, winner of Residential Project of the Year 40 Units and under.

Churston Court Farm is a development of nine new homes converted from Grade II listed barns. A collaboration between architects, historians and ecologists, the individual homes vary in character and range from two to five bedroom properties. The homes have been built to a high specification and demonstrate a blend of traditional and contemporary styling. The development has been completed with a professionally designed, fully landscaped communal outside area.
