Michelmores is investing in its next phase of growth in Cheltenham, with a move to The Quadrangle at Imperial Square in January 2027
The relocation from Eagle Tower follows the Firm’s strong growth trajectory since it first opened in Cheltenham at the end of 2021. With the Cheltenham team growing eightfold since opening, the new office will provide capacity for further growth and an enhanced experience for clients and colleagues.
The Quadrangle offers a premium-quality, environmentally efficient home in one of the most prestigious and historic locations in the heart of Cheltenham. An updated fit-out is due to take place during November and December, ahead of the new office opening in January 2027.
Michelmores’ Cheltenham team brings together strong expertise across Private Wealth, Corporate and Fast Growth, and Built Environment. It has also built strong links with Cheltenham’s business community through MAINstream Cheltenham, its angel investor network. The initiative connects ambitious, high-growth businesses with potential investors, supporting innovation and enterprise across the region.
Christian Massey, Partner and head of Michelmores’ Cheltenham office, said:
“Since opening in Cheltenham at the end of 2021, we have grown at pace and continued to invest in our people and our presence in Cheltenham and beyond.
“The move to The Quadrangle is an exciting next step. It will give our growing team a first-class place to work and collaborate, and a fantastic space in which to welcome clients.”
Tim Richards, Managing Partner at Michelmores, said:
“Our Cheltenham team has far exceeded our growth projections, reflecting the exceptional lawyers we have attracted to the Firm in recent years and the high-quality work they deliver for our clients.
“We see significant opportunities ahead in Cheltenham and across the region and The Quadrangle gives us the right platform for the next stage of our growth.”
Michelmores operates across five offices, including Cheltenham, Bristol, London, Cambridge, and Exeter.
