Michelmores is pleased to announce the expansion of its Family team with the arrival of Senior Associate, Sarah Green.

Sarah brings with her over a decade’s experience working for one of the top national law firms. A forward-thinking, committed and innovative lawyer, Sarah has extensive experience dealing with some of the most challenging family issues. She specialises in high net worth financial cases on divorce, cohabitating couples, wealth protection and premarital agreements as well as difficult child arrangements cases, including parental alienation. Sarah regularly advises expats and international families.

Daniel Eames, Head of Family Law at Michelmores said:

“It is a pleasure to welcome Sarah to the team. Sarah has already built an enviable reputation as a straight-talking, efficient and family-focused lawyer. As family lawyers, we meet clients at a pivotal and sometimes distressing time in their lives. Sarah is highly thought of by her clients and contacts because of her empathy, knowledge and passion for family law. I look forward to us working together.”

Sarah says:

“Joining Michelmores is a really exciting step for me. I am looking forward to working alongside Daniel and the team to further develop our family law presence, as well as support the Firm’s national and international clients.”

Alongside her practice, Sarah is a keen legal commentator with a well-regarded family law blog; she regularly contributes to legal publications. Sarah is an active member of Resolution and an elected member of its National Committee. She is also a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Complex Financial Remedies and Children Law, and has been recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ in the Legal 500. She is as an ‘Associate to Watch’ by Chambers & Partners.
