Michelmores has advised Travelopia on the sale of its ski holiday business Flexiski, to Hotelplan UK – parent company of Inghams, for an undisclosed sum.
Flexiski specialises in tailor-made short-stay ski holidays. The business operates in over 48 resorts across France, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Norway, Canada and Japan, from 175 hotels and five chalets.
The deal will see Flexiski relocate from its current offices in Surbiton, Surrey to Hotelplan’s offices in Godalming, also in Surrey.
Alexandra Watson, Partner in the Corporate team led the deal, with support from Corporate solicitor Adam Quint, and Employment senior associate Rachael Lloyd.
