A: Support staff receive 22 days holiday per annum, plus 8 annual Bank Holidays. Staff are also entitled to buy or sell up to five days holiday every year and get a day off for their birthday.

Lots! These are split between client events, where you will have an opportunity to be involved, and internal events for staff, to which you are always welcome! The former include some of the most successful corporate events in the South West – an annual 5k charity run which attracts over 1,000 runners, the Michelmores/Western Morning News Annual Property Awards, and a quarterly business breakfast club: previous speakers have included Anne Widdecombe, Admiral Sir Mark Stanhope, Lord Digby Jones and Ann Daniels, the polar explorer.

The staff events include regular informal drinks, a spectacular summer party, garden parties, an annual quiz, treasure hunt etc. Additionally, all departments have an annual team building day out of the office.
