Congratulations to Quadrant Quay – Plymouth, winner of Residential Project of the Year 41 Units and Over.

Quadrant Quay, the third phase of Plymouth’s regeneration project at Millbay, involved the transformation of disused land into a new high-quality development of 102 homes – reconnecting the regeneration area to Plymouth city centre and opening up a historic section of the city’s waterfront. The project contributes towards the delivery of the wider Millbay vision of a vibrant residential, leisure, business and retail quarter, with high quality public spaces and direct access to the waterfront.
