In this episode we will be considering the challenges of integrating 21st century farming and rural business opportunities into landlord and tenant relationships which have developed from 20th century or older structures. We reflect upon how new opportunities might be accommodated in the drafting of new tenancies, as well as in variations to older tenancies.
