I am the Consultant Professional Support Lawyer for the Transactional Real Estate team at Michelmores, supporting the team with specialist drafting and the creation and maintenance of real estate precedents.
As a former City Partner and General Counsel, I have practised for over 30 years with leading international law firms and in-house, covering all aspects of commercial property law. My clients have included FSTE 100 Companies, Banks, Developers, Pension Funds, Housebuilders, Property Investors, Port Authorities, Telecommunications Companies, Energy Suppliers and Retailers. I have also acted as a trustee for leading Art and Arts Charities.
The more unusual real estate transactions which I have advised upon have included Power Stations, Theatres and Battlefields.
I am also a novelist and playwright and am currently undertaking a PhD in the Art of Writing the Novel.
