I joined Michelmores in 2017 as part of the Knowledge & Information Services Team and am now the Information Services Manager.
The core responsibility of my role is to manage and review our online information services in addition to the acquisition, management, display and circulation of hard copy titles.
I am the primary contact for our enquiry service which provides legal, sector and company research to the firm.
I work closely with our trainee solicitors, providing research support and regular 1:1s and also meet with all new joiners to discuss their knowledge and information requirements to ensure they have all the necessary resources and tools to succeed in their role.
I am responsible for our current awareness platform, ensuring our people remain up to date with legislative developments in their practice area as well as their client’s sectors.
I completed my Masters in Information Science at Northumbria University in 2021.
Outside of work, I enjoy films (horror and sci-fi especially!), reading (of course), cycling, walking, puzzling and wine!
