Overview
As the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Specialist and Wellbeing Lead, I collaborate closely with colleagues across the business to support the delivery of Michelmores’ EDI campaigns and initiatives. I take great pride in empowering our networks, supporting them to organize and deliver events and workshops that align with the Firm’s initiatives and contribute to fostering a welcoming and inclusive culture.
In my role, I proactively identify opportunities to develop and integrate inclusive processes and practices into our approach and values. This ensures that we attract and retain the very best talent by creating an environment where everyone feels valued.
Additionally, I support the HR team in a communications capacity, crafting internal and external marketing materials, digital content, and PR copy that promotes our initiatives, particularly those under the EDI and Wellbeing umbrellas.
